How does the quality assurance work?

Based on the recording, Astrid analyzes not only how the agent is communicating with customers but also what's been said. Astrid automatically checks whether or not all quality and/or compliance parameters have been met, flagging the things requiring immediate attention.

How does the coaching work?

Astrid analyzes the agents' voice data to assess their communication skills and communication profiles are created for each agent.
