How does the AI Assistant work?

Our Astrid voice AI captures, analyzes, and transcribes voice data using an ensemble of Automatic Speech Recognition models. Based on users’ communication profiles and set goals, Astrid automatically generates and delivers personalized feedback and expert-level natural language coaching - in the channels of your choice.

How does the quality assurance work?

Based on the recording, Astrid analyzes not only how the agent is communicating with customers but also what's been said. Astrid automatically checks whether or not all quality and/or compliance parameters have been met, flagging the things requiring immediate attention.

How does the coaching work?

Astrid analyzes the agents' voice data to assess their communication skills and communication profiles are created for each agent. These contain parameters such as negotiation skills, confidence, clarity, intelligibility, tone, closing techniques etc. For teams that make a high volume of calls per day, we summarize the feedback and coaching into a daily digest where we point out the highlights, areas to improve as well as pointers on what and how to improve.
